Welcome to the Wine Village
Many wine lovers get their first taste of the regions wines at the Wine Village, conveniently situated at the gateway to both Hermanus and the picturesque Hemel en Aarde Valley. Representing 600 producers of fine South African wine, with more than 1,600 labels of quality wine, the Wine Village offers something for everyone, from the discerning wine collector who wants to explore investment options, to the every day wine lover looking for value for money. The Wine Village offers an extensive selection of wines in a relaxed atmosphere and patrons are encouraged to browse at their leisure. Owners Paul and Cathy du Toit have designed their shop as a wine library with easy to find cultivar and blend categories. We are committed to quality service and products and will assist you in selecting the perfect wine, whether for your own enjoyment or as the perfect gift.
Open 7 days a week, the Wine Village is managed by a dedicated team of wine enthusiasts. On average six wines are available for free tasting daily. Group tastings for 15 – 80 people can be arranged in the Conference Center tasting room at a nominal cost.
Saturdays 09h00 - 17h00, Sundays 10h00 - 15h00
